Nail Technician

Salary - 21 and over £6.70 - 7.50 (depending upon experience) plus 3% commission on retail sales

Hours of Work - Flexible - Up to 40 hours to suit business demands including evenings and weekends

Satori, Plymouth’s most prestigious beauty salon opened it’s doors in November 2104 in Drake Circus and due to it’s growing success we are seeking additional Nail Technicians to join our existing team and help grow our business.

The right candidate will be trained as an Advance Nail Technician and possess salon / spa experience, to include nail enhancements, nail art and application of soft gels. With experience in providing a 5* level of customer service you must demonstrate a ‘can do,’ professional attitude and be able to work as part of a team, yet have the confidence and ability to self motivate.

We are looking for Nail Technicians who can deliver and demonstrate:

  • Maximising treatment sales: e. client rebooking & up selling treatments
  • Maximising retail sales
  • Carry out all treatments to the highest standard ensuring the specific treatment time is strictly adhered to
  • Provide expert advise to the clients with a full home care prescription
  • Achieve a 5* level of client care - staying with them throughout their full treatment time
  • To liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the salon management team regarding the days schedule, up to the minute changes and additions thus requiring a flexible and cooperative attitude  
  • To attend all internal and external meetings and training courses
  • Maintain our high cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment areas and back of house and to ensure all equipment is sterilised.
  • Achieve all brand KPI’s
